With the kind support of the Stuttgart Climate Innovation Fund, vreed GmbH from Stuttgart has launched the "Stuttgart Renovation Atlas" project. Within the framework of this project, vreed offers 10,000 Stuttgart citizens the possibility of a free energy analysis of their property and, in addition, the comprehensive planning of an energy renovation, including costs, subsidies and savings.

All this is free of charge for the owners and works without long waiting times, on-site inspections or expensive expert opinions.

As a result, the users receive a 20-page pdf report containing all details and calculations, which forms the perfect basis for a financing discussion with the bank or requests for proposals from craftsmen. The data is retained and can be updated and adapted at any time.

Stuttgart has set itself ambitious goals with the Climate Roadmap 2035. vreed is happy to contribute to achieving these goals with the Stuttgart Renovation Atlas: The data collected form a meaningful sample of the current real estate stock in Stuttgart and also facilitate, for example, the planning of heating networks. vreed wants to support the city and owners in quickly implementing renovation measures with a good feeling.
