In order to achieve the German government's climate targets, it is necessary to drive forward decarbonization and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

These goals can only be achieved through joint action by all social actors - politics, administration, business, citizens. Each and every one of us can contribute something - from small steps in everyday life to city (district) initiatives.

The good ideas are there - what is missing is a central place for exchange and networking. With the support of the city of Stuttgart, we are creating the Stuttgart Climate Community for precisely this purpose.

For citizens

Anyone who cares about climate protection, who wants to exchange ideas with others on the topic of climate protection, or who wants to share their own experiences can participate. All that is required is a free registration on the platform.

You have good ideas for a sustainable everyday life? Wonderful - become part of the community and share your knowledge! You want to buy a cargo bike or a solar panel on the roof, but wonder if there are public subsidies? Then check out the platform - and submit your application right here!

You have in-depth knowledge in an area relevant to climate protection and want to get involved? Then become a sponsor for your topic, moderate in the community and create valuable content for the platform. Sponsors check contributions for compliance with the community rules as well as for factual correctness and seek an exchange with the participants in case of disagreement.

For companies

The community needs a secure financial basis for long-term operation.

The operator association offers companies that want to get involved in climate protection the possibility of a supporting membership. The membership fee depends on the size of the company. Supporting members have the opportunity to present services with which they contribute to climate protection on the platform.
