JULA is a project for young people in Bad Cannstatt that promotes co-determination, diversity and tolerance. JULA is part of the nationwide program "Vielfalt tut Gut" (Diversity does good) and aims to strengthen and promote local initiatives that work for socially disadvantaged young people and foster an inclusive, democratic community. This includes, for example, "Netz Hallschlag hilft," a project that offers voluntary neighborhood help for children, for example in the form of homework groups. There is also an action fund "Hallschlag für Demokratie und Toleranz" (Hallschlag for Democracy and Tolerance), which supports citizens' groups and smaller projects that engage in volunteer work.
