Companies or research institutions and universities working on just such projects can receive funding from the Federal Ministry of Education and Research for a period of about two years.
In the case of commercial projects, about half of the eligible costs can be subsidized, and SMEs can also receive a financial bonus. For universities and non-university institutions, it is also possible for up to 100% of eligible expenses to be covered.
Projects are submitted via the electronic application system easy-Online.
