Today I want to share with you a great baking recipe from Climate Community supporter #ENI MOUSAVI - Sustainable Food Advisor. Here's how to make a delicious vegan carrot cake super fast!
You will need these ingredients:
200 g spelt flour
150 g ground hazelnuts
200 g carrots, grated
100 g sugar
80 ml canola oil
120-150 ml soy milk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp cinnamon and a little vanilla powder
1/2 pear, sliced
50 g almond slivers
And this is how it is prepared:
Heat the oven to 180°C top-bottom heat.
Grease a round baking pan with a diameter of 26 mm.
Mix the dry and wet ingredients together in separate bowls.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry, quickly mix together and pour into the baking dish.
Decorate the cake with the pear slices and almonds.
Bake the cake for about 40-45 minutes.
