Summer parsley nut pesto

You will need the following ingredients:

1 bunch of flat leaf parsley
150 ml olive oil
50 g walnuts
50 g almonds
50 g cashew nuts
Grated zest of one organic lemon
Juice of half an organic lemon
1 tablespoon almond paste
2 cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Chili to taste

And this is how easy it is to make a pesto:

Roast the nuts in a pan and chop/grind with then with all the other ingredients in a blender to the desired consistency. In between always taste and tune with salt, pepper and chili the desired seasoning.
