Especially those who work in the climate crisis should pay attention to resilience and personal stability. Simple things can also contribute to frustration tolerance and resilience.

For me, in addition to the big complex issue of psychological and social security, supposedly self-evident habits also help:

1. getting enough sleep - as far as family and lifestyle allow for it

2. a balanced diet

3. a minimum of sport
