It's Friday (yay)! The weekend is coming up and my weekly shopping is about to start. So it's a good time to share my favourite Stuttgart shops with you:

Without PlaPla: The organic drugstore has almost everything you need in the bathroom and kitchen - and either unpackaged or in sustainable packaging. Toothpaste, cotton buds, hand cream, washing-up liquid, the legendary Stuttgart shower chunks and so much more. The shop is right next to the Schlossplatz bus stop.

Schüttgut: The unpackaged shop in Schwabstraße is also committed to avoiding plastic. Here you can bring your own Tupperware and "tap" your own food. My favourite product: the vegan sour gummy bears.

Vhy: A restaurant and not a shop, but had to be on this list. Rarely have I eaten such good and fancy dishes in a vegan restaurant. Is a bit more expensive, but therefore a good choice for special occasions.

Second Dreams: There are many great second-hand shops for clothes in Stuttgart. However, I particularly like Second Dreams. You can get very selected and well preserved pieces here.

Greenality and Glore: If you don't find what you're looking for in the second-hand shops, but you really need this or that, you can get nice sustainable fair trade clothes in Greenality and Glore.

Das Sozialkaufhaus: There are several social department stores in Stuttgart. My favourite is the one in Bad Cannstatt. Here you can not only get clothes, but also records, books, toys and very nice tableware.

Have I forgotten any shops? Where do you like to go? Feel free to comment and give me tips ;)
