Since I received the cookbook "Seelenfutter Vegan" as a gift, I no longer run out of inspiration and ideas for recipes.

Today I decided to make "Pappadelle with wild mushroom-tomato-sugo" (only instead of pappadelle I made emmer croissants). The recipe goes so fast that you can easily fit it into a full weekday :9

Tip: Instead of fresh mushrooms are also good dried wild mushrooms!
