With climate change, forms of historical and systemic inequality are intensifying. The question of how the resulting conflicts will play out is reflected not only in science but also in literature: Next to the research labs of science are the imagination labs of climate fiction.

The University of Stuttgart invites experts to give a guided tour through this imagination lab.

In the kick-off event, sustainability consultant Stella Schaller will present the volume "Zukunftsbilder 2045 - Eine Reise in die Welt von morgen". Together with Lino Zeddies, Ute Scheub and Sebastian Vollmar, she has sketched a concrete picture of a sustainable future.

You can join us on site at the University of Stuttgart, Keplerstr. 17, room 17.92, or online via Webex. Here is the info: https://www.izkt.uni-stuttgart.de/veranstaltungen/Stella-Schaller--Zukunftsbilder-2045-Eine-Reise-in-die-Welt-von-Morgen/

The whole event is organized by the Department of American Literature and Culture and the IZKT in cooperation with the Green Office of the University of Stuttgart.
