We have already announced it in the blog: This month we are devoting special attention to the topic of finance and sustainability. While in other areas of daily life we can think of sustainability in concrete terms, finances are more complex here: What is meant here?

We can recognize a sustainable fruit, for example, by its origin, season, etc., and in case of doubt, seals and the like can provide guidance.

However, it is somewhat more difficult and abstract when we think of financial products: How can I, as an individual, handle money sustainably? And how do the banks do this? Who determines what is sustainable, who controls? Here we are very quickly moving into a specialized area, which is worth all the effort to look at.

After all, where the money goes helps determine what the future will look like. And politics is lively in shaping the topic - numerous EU regulations and national implementation requirements are gradually coming into force, and the state of Baden-Württemberg has also recently passed a law that makes it mandatory to include sustainability in investments made by the state.
A lot is happening!

We want to take a look at all of this in this focus. You can look forward to exciting articles and interesting interviews. As always: Do you know an expert? Do you have questions or suggestions? Then feel free to get in touch with us!
